Good good news for CAVIAR lovers!!!

Caviar is touted as a hangover remedy due to its high content of acetylcholine (a neurotransmitter believed to play a key role in memory retention) which lines the stomach and increases the body's tolerance to alcohol.

What is caviar?

Answer: Caviar is fish roe or eggs, sieved to remove fatty tissues and membrane, and lightly salted with non-iodized salt. This is an old preserving and curing method that is still effective today.

Caviar is marketed as a delicacy and is principally eaten as either a garnish or a spread. Caviar has health benefits since the eggs contain omega-3 fatty acids and phospholipids.

In one study, people with bipolar disorder -- previously known as manic depression-- had significantly fewer depressive episodes when their diets were supplemented with omega-3. And earlier research comparing 10 countries found that depression was much lower in areas where fish is a dietary staple.
